ISI 2003-34. Lomatophyllum peyrierasii (G. Cremers) Rauh

Cremers described this large Aloe vaombe-like plant with rosettes up to 2 m. across on trunks 2-4 m. tall on the basis of non-fruiting material, as Aloe peyrierasii (see Adansonia 15(4):500, 1976). Rauh subsequently transferred it after R. Gerold collected fruiting material, confirming it to be a lomatophyllum.
