Inventing L.A.: The Chandlers and Their Times

Bill Boyarsky, former reporter and editor for the Los Angeles Times, will discuss his new book on the Chandler family, the publishing dynasty that reigned over the city’s leading newspaper for four generations and wielded power and influence that helped create modern Los Angeles. A book signing will follow the program. Free. No reservation required.  Friends’ Hall
