Scott Manning Stevens

Associate professor of English and the director of Native American Studies at Syracuse University

Scott Manning Stevens is a citizen of the Akwesasne Mohawk Nation and holds courtesy appointments as an Associate Professor of Art and Music History and an Associate Professor of Religion. His primary interests are in Native American cultures of the Northeast from the pre-colonial period to the present; with specialized interests including visual culture, museum studies, and Native American literatures.
