Family Friday Movie Night: Tangled

Experience the magic of the movies at The Huntington, featuring “Tangled” outdoors!

Tangled (2010), PG | 1 hr., 40 min. | Rapunzel, a lost princess with long magical hair, has been locked in a tower for almost 18 years. With the help of bandit Flynn Rider, she escapes with her frying pan into a world full of adventure.

Preshow Activities

Engage in hands-on activities created to spark creativity and imagination for all ages.

Picnic on the Lawn

Bring a picnic, blankets, and low beach-style folding chairs. (Please avoid high-backed chairs that would obstruct viewing for others. Those who have chairs with a seat height over 12 inches may be asked to sit with their party in a designated area.) No outside alcohol is permitted.

Food and Drink

Enjoy an array of movie night concessions, from freshly popped popcorn to a variety of candy, soft drinks, bottled water, beer, and wine. A dessert truck will offer a variety of sweets for purchase.

Important Notes

  • This event takes place on the Library Lawn.
  • No tickets will be sold at the door. Tickets are nonrefundable.
  • Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the check-in window.
  • Restrooms are available in the Education and Visitor Center and in the Huntington Art Gallery.
  • Picnicking is allowed on the lawn. No outside alcohol is permitted. Concessions will be available for purchase.
