We’ll explore the world of Huntington fairies and faux bois, the art of creating woodlike structures from concrete or other materials.
The workshop begins with a walk through the Rose Garden, where you’ll make a stop at #4 West Roses Way, home of Ms. Pixie. It then culminates in a fun and interactive project in which participants make their own fairy houses using natural and recycled materials. This project encourages creativity and imagination in young children.
Recommended for children ages 3 to 8
Fee includes supplies for one child and one adult to build a fairy house and admission to The Huntington
Comfortable shoes are recommended, as the workshop involves walking on concrete paths for approximately 30 minutes
