Family-friendly Garden walk and workshop inspired by summer sunflowers.

Drawing inspiration from The Huntington’s potager and Ranch Garden, this family-friendly program led by artist Erin Berkowitz begins with a harvest session and discussion of the sunflower. Children will create their own eco-friendly fabric prints using natural dyes made from the gardens. In this blend of creativity and science, participants will learn about this abundant family of plants and the array of colors it produces.
Recommended for ages 3 and up. Fee includes one child plus one accompanying adult and all materials.
