“Fasten your seatbelts. It’s going to be a bumpy night.”
Celebrate Don Bachardy and the scheming antics of ingenue Eve Harrington (Baxter) as she worms her way into the life of Broadway star Margo Channing (Davis) in this classic tale of ambition and betrayal.
After sneaking into the 1950 premiere at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre with his brother, Ted, he would go on to draw Bette Davis several times, including in 1973, when she said of her portrait, “Yup, that’s the old bag!”
