Learn how to carve and print your own holiday cards with Nova Community Arts! In this hands-on intergenerational carving workshop, instructors will cover techniques from designing to carving and printing. You will leave with a set of printed cards and your carved linoleum block, which you can use to continue printing at home. This class is great for teens and adults.
Key Details
No previous experience needed. Great for beginners and novice printmakers.
If your teen is under 18, they must be accompanied by an adult.
All supplies and materials are included.
Registration includes free admission to The Huntington.
Workshop will be held completely indoors.

About the Instructor
Nova Community Arts is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit art studio in Los Angeles that offers art classes, workshops, open studio access, and guest programming. Located in Atwater Village, Nova is committed to providing arts education, access to materials and equipment, and a platform of creative expression for the community, including students, professionals, and amateurs. The art studio is dedicated to serving underfunded populations in Los Angeles and providing inclusive spaces for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities.
