Heather Hart

Heather Hart leads a team of five professionals and oversees the network of systems and systems architecture that underpin The Huntington's digital infrastructure.

Prior to joining The Huntington, Hart served as director of information technology at the Broad museum in Los Angeles, overseeing all aspects of the museum's digital footprint including digitizing the Broad's archives; overseeing the design and development of internal business systems; and creating and managing public-facing systems, including the museum's websites and mobile app.

Before the Broad, Hart was director of information technology at the Balboa Park Online Collaborative, which provides some 20 cultural organizations in the San Diego area with a range of strategic technology services including websites, digitization, and in-gallery interactives. Hart holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California in print journalism and political science.
