Terms and Conditions for Use of Photographs

In receiving the enclosed images from The Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens, I agree to the following terms:

1. All photographs are the copyrighted property of The Huntington. Images are intended for promotional purposes only, and are not for commercial use.

2. Photographs must be credited to The Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens.

3. Submission is for one-time use/publication only, as described below. Photographs may not be reproduced, copied, projected, distributed, or used in any other way without the express written permission from The Huntington.

4. Images for reproduction on the Internet must be re-sized at a low resolution of 72 dpi and must include the words “© The Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens”

5. A copy of published work/material in which these images are used shall be provided to The Huntington upon publication.
